Areas of Focus

Health, Food, and Body

I specialize in helping people heal their relationship to food and their bodies, as well as build healthy routines. As a person who has lived in both a fat and thin body, as well as navigated the challenges of metabolic disease (pre-diabetes) and hormonal disease (PCOS), I have a unique perspective and approach to building a healthy life that prioritizes feeling good in both body and mind.

Family Relationships + Healing Emotional Wounds from Childhood

Healing our wounds from childhood can help us live richer, more fulfilling lives as adults. It can also require changes to existing family dynamics that are challenging to face alone. Together, we can help you understand how your childhood is impacting you today and establish relationships and boundaries with your family that allow you heal and feel good being you.

Executive Function + Procrastination

Fear, anxiety, and stress are often at the root of procrastination and our struggles to manage our day-to-day lives, especially if we’re managing depression or ADHD. Together, we can build actionable strategies to help you keep on top of self-care tasks like cooking and cleaning, and stay ahead of workloads at work and school.

Other areas of focus

If you aren’t sure exactly what’s bringing you to therapy or coaching, but you just want to feel better, that’s great.

Healing happens in relationship.

Relationships — with caretakers, partners, friends — shape our sense of who we are. Building a trusting relationship with a coach or therapist can help us heal wounds and build new understanding of who we are, or who we want to become. By noticing how we feel, as individuals and as part of a relationship, we can better understand and meet our needs, build compassion for ourselves and others, and bring clarity to our values.

Find your healthy routines.

Science-based behavior change coaching can help you build healthy routines. Whether your goal is to reduce binge eating, to cook more meals at home, to exercise, or to keep your home and body cleaner, you can work with your brain’s natural habit-setting processes to help you feel your best.
